FIRST PHASE OF TEACHING PRACTICE: WEEK 8

The eighth week of our school internship from 04/12/2023 to 08/12/2023 was explorative. They were rejuvenating memories for a lifetime.The classes were immensely effective. Through this short time, I could make a deep bond with the students and teachers. The engagement in the midday meal program was overwhelming. 

This week, Lakshmi Ma’am came to observe our class. She gave appropriate suggestions for making the class more good. Her feedback influenced me. On 08/12/2023, I teach the adjectives based on innovative work. Students were curious to know about adjectives while seeing the innovative work. Overall, this week has been a fulfilling and enriching experience, allowing me to learn and grow as a teacher.I had the responsibility of creating an achievement test, ensuring that our students were well-prepared for their assessments. This task allowed me to gauge their progress and understanding of the subjects taught during our practice.

A significant part of our week involved a conscentization program on the topic of "Respect for Elders."  And conducted an Awareness program on " Conservation of Energy".This  two class was highly informative for the students, instilling values that go beyond textbooks and contribute to their personal growth.

We also actively participated in a school-based activity centered on waste management. This initiative aimed to raise awareness among students about environmental responsibility, a crucial aspect of their education.
