CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAMME

In our B.Ed curriculum, there is a capacity building programme included in it. So today Mr. Thodiyur Radhakrishnan sir was conducted a "Leadership buliding" programme in our college. It was a good class. He provided the basic qualities of a leader and a teacher. Confidence, empowerment, focus, passionary, high emotional intelligence, priority, are some of the qualities of a perfect leader. He gave many additional information to us. It was a wonderful class. It help us to improve our capacity and to become a good leader.
